1.2. Terms & Conditions come in to force on 28.02.2017 and constitute as a document specifying rules of sales in the online store www.figuryreklamowe.com

1.3. By placing an order on www.figuryreklamowe.com buyer declares that her/she read and accepts Terms & Conditions and consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of dispatching the goods and issuing the relevant proof of purchase.

3. Prices

3.1. All the prices displayed on the website are provided in PLN and include 23% tax.

3.2. Price given with each available product is binding at the time of placing the order.

3.3. Product prices shown on the website www.figuryreklamowe.com do not include delivery cost. Information on the total value of the order is presented in a clear and unambiguous way after the buyer chooses the form of delivery and payment. Delivery prices may vary depending on the country and the place of delivery. With larger orders, you may receive information to contact the store to quote the shipment.

3.4 Prices of products given on the website www.figuryreklamowe.com are valid only in the Internet offer and do not apply to the stationary stores of the Internet store owner.

4. Orders and delivery

4.1. Orders can be placed via order form at www.figuryreklamowe.com, phone or email.

4.2. The order is accepted for execution when the Buyer receives order confirmation via an e-mail. This is also a purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller - store www.figuryreklamowe.com

4.3. Date of delivery is dependent on an availability and type of figure. Due to the fact that some figures are made to order, the delivery can take up to 30 days.

4.4. Tax invoice is issued with every order.

4.5. www.figuryreklamowe.com has the right to renounce the order if the data provided by the Buyer are incomplete or incorrect.

4.6. The minimum order in the store www.figuryreklamowe.com is: PLN 40.65 net - PLN 50 gross.

4.6.1. We reserve the right to cancel the order if a software error occurs due to an incorrect valuation or incorrect valuation of shipping costs.

4.7 Buyer can pay for the transaction via:

- Bank transfer to the store’s account, IBAN:PL05109027050000000135137736 SWIFT:WBKPPLPP

- Internet payment via credit card or e-transfer carried out by Przelewy24.pl

- Crypto currencies such as Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and others, using the CoinGate.com.

- Cash on delivery (paid to deliverer). Orders are delivered by courier or by Poczta Polska depending on the choice made by the buyer.

4.8. Delivery cost:

- Delivery cost is dependent on the country of shipment and size of the figure.

4.9. Orders placed via the store are processed in 2 to 30 business days.

4.10. Delivery time:

- From 24h to 3 days.

4.11. While picking up an order from the store buyer should check for damage in the presence of the deliverer. In the event of any damage, take photos of the damage and write down the appropriate complaint report together with the deliverer.

4.12. The Seller holds the right to claim reimbursement of shipping if the buyer does not collect the merchandise without giving a reason.

4.13. Promotional sales organized by www.figuryreklamowe.com include a limited number of products and last for a limited time. Therefore, orders for promotional items are carried out according to the order in which the orders are received until the stock is exhausted or the promotion ends.

4.14. Delivery time for Figures - from 2 to 30 days.

5. Right of withdrawal / Return policy:

5.1. Based on the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights. Dz. U. of June 24, 2014 item 827 the buyer has a right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which the consumer came into possession of the item or in which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Buyer came into possession of the item.

5.2 In the case of withdrawal from contract, the Buyer must inform of his in an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by regular mail or e-mail) to the following address:

5.3. In order to keep the deadline to withdraw from contract it is enough to inform the seller about the withdrawal before the deadline for the contract expires.

5.4. In the event of withdrawal from this contract, all payments, including costs of delivering the item are returned the Buyer immediately (no later than 14 days from the date of declaration of withdrawal from the contract and the goods) with exception if the buyer chooses custom form of delivery (different than the cheapest offered by the shop) in that event the contract is considered null and void.

5.5. The reimbursement of the payment shall be made by the Seller to the bank account number from which the transfer was made or to the bank account number to which the Buyer provides in correspondence, unless the Buyer explicitly agreed otherwise.

5.6. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the item or proof of its return is provided to us, depending on which event occurs first.

5.7. The goods should be sent back or handed to us at the following address:

Immediately, no later than 14 days from the date on which the Buyer informed us about the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back within 14 days.

5.8.. The buyer bears the cost of returning the items

5.9. The buyer is only liable for a reduction in the value of the item resulted in using it in a different way than it was necessary in order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

5.10. If the Buyer requests the commencement of the provision of services before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, he will pay us the amount proportional to the scope of services provided up to the moment when we were informed of the withdrawal from this contract.

5.11. Right of withdrawal from a distance contract is not payable to the Buyer (consumer) in relation to contracts:

  • for the performance of services, if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer who has been informed before the service begun that after the service is fulfilled, the right to withdraw from the contract is voided;

  • in which the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no control, and which may occur before the deadline to withdraw from the contract;

  • in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specification or serving to satisfy his individual needs;

  • in which the object of the service is an item subject to rapid deterioration or having a short shelf-life;

  • in which the object of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which after cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery;

  • in which the object of the service are things that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things;

  • in which the subject of the service are alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the conclusion of the contract of sale, and which can be delivered only after 30 days and which value depends on market fluctuations over which the entrepreneur has no control;

  • in which the consumer clearly demanded that the entrepreneur come to him for urgent repair or maintenance; if the entrepreneur provides additional services other than those whose performance the consumer demanded, or supplies things other than spare parts necessary to perform the repair or maintenance, the consumer is entitled the right to withdraw from the contract with regard to additional services or items;

  • in which the object of the service are sound or visual recordings, or computer software delivered in a sealed package, if the packaging has been opened after delivery;

  • for delivering newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of a subscription agreement;

  • concluded through a public auction;

  • for the provision of accommodation services, other than for residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental, catering, services related to leisure, entertainment, sports or cultural events, if the contract indicates the day or period of service provision;

  • for delivery of digital content that is not stored on a tangible medium if the fulfillment of the service started with the consumer's express consent before the deadline for withdrawal and after informing the entrepreneur about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.

6. Complaints

6.1. The Seller warns about the obligation to deliver products without defects.

6.2. If the product has a defect, the legal basis for dealing with complaints is the provisions of the Act of April 23, 1964. Civil Code (consolidated text, Dz.U.2014, item 211)

6.3. The buyer has the right to lodge a complaint if the good is defective. There are two types of defects: physical and legal. A physical defect is a product's non-conformity with the contract. In particular, when the item does not have properties that this type of product should have, no properties about which the buyer was assured by the seller or advertisement, is not suitable for the purpose of which the buyer informed the seller, was issued to the buyer in incomplete state. A legal defect occurs when the purchased goods are owned by a third party, are encumbered with the right of a third party or are limited in the use or disposal of the goods as a result of a decision of the competent authority.

6.4. In the event of a defect, the Buyer may submit a complaint under the warranty to the Seller and request:

a) Replacement of the good;

b) Repair of the good;

c) Price reduction;

d) Withdrawal from the contract - if the defect is significant

6.5. The choice of the request belongs to the Buyer. The seller may, under certain conditions, propose a different solution taking into account the following circumstances:

a) Ease and speed of replacement or repair of goods;

b) The nature of the defect - significant or irrelevant;

c) Whether there was a complaint place before;

6.6. If the Buyer requests an item to be replaced or repaired, the Seller may refuse to comply with this request, provided that the option indicated by the Buyer would be impossible for the Seller or would require excessive costs in comparison with the second possible demand.

6.7. The seller may propose a different solution. In this situation, the Buyer may change his choice and demand that the goods be brought into conformity with the contract in a different manner, i.e. a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.

6.8. The Seller is liable to the Buyer for the goods sold, if the defect is found within 2 years from the date of its issue. During the year of the seller's liability, there is a presumption that the defect or its cause existed at the time of sale. In this situation, the seller must prove that the defect was caused by the fault of the Buyer. If a defect is noticed at a later date, i.e. between the twelfth and twenty-fourth months of the delivery of the goods, the CLIENT should prove that the defect of the product existed at the time of purchase.

6.9. A complaint can be submitted by email at biuro@figuryreklamowe.com or by mail (registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt) or in person to the Seller's address:

6.10. Properly filled complaint should contain at least:

Name, surname, address, e-mail address of the Buyer,

Date on which the contract was concluded

Product of the complaint, and the Buyer's request for replacement or repair,

All circumstances justifying the complaint.

6.11. If the data or information provided in the complaint need to be supplemented, before proceeding with the complaint, the Seller asks the complainant to supplement it in the indicated scope.

6.12. The Seller fulfills the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt in the correct form.

6.13. The reply to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer or by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

6.14. The faulty goods should be sent back together with the information about the reason for the complaint to the following address:

or place the complaints in person at the seller's shop.

6.15. The costs incurred by the Buyer related to the return of the product will be refunded by the seller.

7. Use of non-judicial means of dealing with complaints and redress, and access to these procedures:

7.1. The consumer has the right to use the non-judicial way to resolve complaints and claim against the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court at the Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection in [city]. 8. Other

8.1. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant provisions of Polish law apply.
